Residing at the very bottom of the Pale Ocean the Octarian society is completely hidden from all the other races of Dilemma and so their way of life is a complete mystery to most leaving only rumour and hearsay.

The Octarians have gills and lungs which enables them to survive either above or below the waves.

A great ally in war and a terrible enemy, the Octarians are relentless and unforgiving.
