Enemy Conflict Count...
The Enemy Conflict Count symbol is used to represent the number of conflicts or the conflict level your enemy can use against you if you choose to attack.
If you declare a ranged attack on your enemy and this symbol has a 2 on it, your enemy may use either two level 1 conflicts or one level 2 conflict to block the attack and hopefully cause you some damage.
If your enemy doesn’t have a conflict to play or chooses not to use one, he must take the damage from one attack round to his avatars life.
