How to Play an Ability Attack Card...

...the ability cards are drawn from your deck and go in to your hand.
Card Gold Value...
Each ability card will have a gold value in the top right hand corner. This card is called Guidance and has a card gold value of 10. This means the card can be bought or sold for 10g on certain locations. The cost of a card does not necessarily reflect how good the card is. This card is a good example because it is a rare card that does a lot of consistent damage but what also makes it good is that it doesn't cost much to buy.
Element cost...
The element cost is found on the left hand side panel. The more elements a card costs the better it will be. To bring this card in to play from your hand you will need to be on a location card that gives you the required elements... When an Ability Attack card is brought in to play, it is placed next to your avatar card and the attack points are added in the same way as your avatars attack points when in a battle... You can place identical cards on top of each other to form a stack whilst playing to help maximise your space...
Information Box...
Some avatars will have important conditions printed with black ink in the information box. Any other colour text will just be flavour text. The Guidance card shown here has a condition applied to it that requires a certain location in play before you can use it. Although this condition makes it harder to bring it in to play, it also makes the card much more powerful...
